My husband and I stayed here with our cat for about 40 days while we waited for the sale of our home to close in Texas. We were very impressed with the place. We rented a Studio Suite with a King Bed. To our surprise, it had a balcony. The room itself suited our needs, but became a bit tight with the two of us and all of our luggage (4 big suitcases, plus 2 backpacks). The room included a desk, couch, side table, stackable washer and dryer, kitchenette with dining utensils, cleaning supplies, a full fridge and freezer, microwave and cooktop. We were able to schedule weekly housekeeping and restock on cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed. WIFI was included and we made use of the gas grills in the common areas several times. There was free coffee provided in the lobby and a very nice fitness center. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, though I would say only 1 was really walkable to get too. Overall, a great place to stay to meet our needs during our transition.

This was the BEST place I have ever stayed while vacationing. The room was super clean and comfortable and fully stocked with so many amenities, it was better than home! 😃 Full kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplied for my 3 day stay, bottles of drinking water in the full size fridge with ice maker, oven and microwave, kitchen cooking pans and kitchen tools, cups, dishes and silverwarkleenex, paper towels, a washer and dyer with laundry soap, dryer sheets and even a laundry basket. Iron and ironing board, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and water pressure, with extra tp and kleenix, a/c, huge tv. Plenty of charging outlets. Everything was new. So many details are given to the needs of the guest. I requested a ground floor room because I am recovering from a broken hip and they gave me the first room in the hall, so very convenient. I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were very cordial and efficient.

Hotel was nice overall - a good deal for the money. Laundry was an added plus for me. Staff was generally welcoming, and parking was ample, with space to easily park a trailer.

This is the top place to stay in the area. Located close to everything. It has a very clean and new feeling and having all the amenities they provide including in room washer and dryer is hard to beat. I would stay here more often but it’s more of a luxury due to a higher price point. I do think it’s worth it because they provide so many things in the room. Can’t forget about the dishwasher too.

The room was a good size, well stocked with kitchenette and washer/dryer. The bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and all was clean.

Location was great. I also loves that it was like a studio apartment complete with stackable washer/dryer and kitchen! All minus an oven.

This little place is like a mini apartment and they provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Think airbnb combined with a hotel and this describes WaterWalk in my opinion.

Wonderful location, excellent kitchen, terrific staff, easy access from interstate, easy walking distance to restaurants and takeout, comfortable and clean room, and nothing worth complaining about - Recommend!

My husband I were looking to move to an area which offered the following: location, close to family, four seasons, clean city and surrounding areas, options on doctors, dentists, reasonable housing options, affordable shopping, gas, utilities, financial institutions, activities and churches. A definite plus was the people and their kindness, and very welcoming.
