This was our last stay of a 2 week road trip and one of our favorite stays of the trip. The newness, cleanliness and size of the apartment was very comforting and worth the value. I’m extremely picky about hotels as they kind of gross me out, but I didn’t want to leave this place! The girl at the desk was nice and helpful and the location is close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment even had a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

This little place is like a mini apartment and they provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Think airbnb combined with a hotel and this describes WaterWalk in my opinion.

The rooms are super well thought out, great little kitchens, closets, laundry, desk, etc. This company has mastered the efficient hotel room layout. Super clean room, bedding and pillows were great, pillows make it or break it! We are Marriott people and this hotel has one thing mastered they do not, the air conditioning unit is built into the walls so that it does not blow on you directly at night. kudos!

Great room with lots space and nice amenities and was very quite. It has a very clean and well equipped gym area. It would be a great place to spend several days if you were working in the area.

My room had a full kitchen, which was great bc my stay was 10 days as well as washer and dryer. It was centrally located. I enjoyed the small fitness center. The Front Desk staff was excellent

I really love the place. It's everything you need and the staff and everyone is very friendly, clean and I stayed there last year and I'll do it again this year. It was unexpected for my cousin's funeral but I'll be back next year. Thank you for your hospitality. Well appreciate it

This property was just what I needed—quiet, sparkling clean, comfortable and with attentive and kindly staff. The wonderful housecleaner noticed that I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses and ran out to my car to give them to me before I drove away.

The location was good, right off the freeway and close to shopping and eateries. Quiet hotel. Enjoyed the coffee/latte machine.

Clean and the front desk was very helpful. Everyone around our room was very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. It is a great business model!
